2. Meet the team at Discovery Day

Once we have received your inquiry, one of our team members will reach out to you to schedule a meeting. During this meeting, we will go over the details of the franchise opportunity, review potential sites and disclosure documents, and answer any questions you may have for us. With a face to face meeting, we are able to determine if our visions and core values align. Everyone on the same page? Let’s move on to the next step!

3. Franchise agreement

Now it’s time to sign the franchise agreement. This document outlines the terms and conditions of your relationship with the Sophia Banks brand. It protects both you, the franchisee, and it protects the Sophia Banks brand. A signed agreement gives you rights to help safeguard your investment in your business. We will work together to make sure the agreement fits both our needs and business goals.

4. Receive training and support from our team

As an Sophia Banks Franchisee, you will receive ongoing training and support from our team. We happily provide 12 months of ongoing consulting, coaching, and support as you implement your franchise journey. We help you create the tools you need to run a successful franchise business. This includes but is not limited to, pre-opening procedures, daily procedures, and sales and marketing guidelines. We want to make sure that you have everything you need to be successful!

5. Open for business

With the training and support of our team, you’ll be ready to open and begin running your own Sophia Banks franchise. You will be set up to equip your Sophia Banks Studio, Hire and Train your Staff, and Open for Business.
